This unit should be installed with a flexible trap with a flexible waste pipe drain hose.

Please be aware that taps are not included with our products. Where a deck-mounted tap layout is requested, we will supply the unit with pre-drilled tap holes in line with the measurements provided at the time of order.

You can either select from our range of slabs or provide your own tile collection for us to work with.

At WOW Bespoke, we guide clients through every step of the process. Our experienced design team will work closely with you to explore your project vision, refine the design, confirm sizes, and discuss material options. We’ll also coordinate all logistics, including delivery scheduling.

Once the technical details are agreed, our CAD specialists will produce precise drawings for your approval. With sign-off and payment in place, production begins at our state-of-the-art UK studio, where each piece is crafted with care and attention to detail.

The cost of delivery and packaging is calculated individually, taking into account the dimensions, weight, and destination of your order. We’ll confirm this with you during the order process.

To ensure safe arrival, each product is placed in a purpose-built case that provides full support throughout transit. The case is then carefully wrapped and sealed, giving maximum protection until it reaches you.

Lead time 6-10 weeks from payment confirmation and receipt of signed technical drawing.

Please be aware that while we take great care to produce items to the requested size and colour, the handmade nature of our products means that small variations are inevitable. Dimensional tolerances are maintained within ±0.3%.

It is not possible to select an exact section of the tile pattern or control the positioning of the graphical face within the finished piece. Where dimensions are provided by the client, these are taken to represent the overall finished size, inclusive of any fixtures or fittings.
